ABOUT US
Our journey began when we spent years working as subcontractors for larger janitorial companies. During that time, we saw firsthand the lack of care and communication between service providers and clients. Often, clients loved the service itself but were frustrated by the lack of communication between contractors. The big companies took all the credit of while we did all the work — and at a fraction of the cost.
This experience inspired us to create a business model that prioritizes transparency, professionalism, and customer care. We believe in a straightforward approach: truly understanding the needs of our clients, assessing their current janitorial service, and recommending solutions to improve their space.
Our goal is to make a lasting impression on your office or building—not just provide a quick fix that leaves you searching for another service provider later. CITY, COUNTY & STATE OFFICES
We know government contracts come with their own set of rules, so we make it a priority to meet all RFP requirements and make sure we can actually deliver within budget. We’re all about helping out our local city, county, and state!
STUDENT DORM TURNS
We work with student housing and understand the challenges—yearly turnovers, messy college students, and the need for a quick and thorough cleanup. We make sure we do our part efficiently and on schedule.

CONSTRUCTION
ROUGH CLEAN
This is the first phase of cleaning where we focus on removing excess debris to enhance safety for workers.
FLUFF CLEAN
This phase is done after the completion of the project usually after punch-list, to ensure minimal dust and creates a polished welcoming space.
FINAL CLEAN
Final cleaning is done in preparation for the initial inspection by the owner, occupancy is possible after final cleaning.
